Job summary

Bon Appetit is hiring immediately for full-time Grill Cook positions at Saint Martin's University, 5000 Abbey Way Southeast, Lacey, WA 98503. Free parking, free shift meal, and benefits are provided. Scheduling is Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with variable hours.

Applicants need prior grill/line cooking experience in quick-service settings and must be able to maintain food safety, quality, and portion control while working at the grill station. Training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking, line cooking, or grill cooking experience in a quick-service restaurant is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
