Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time SENIOR COOK positions at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA. The schedule includes Sunday through Monday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, and Friday through Tuesday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of line or scratch cooking or catering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and follow established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and complete required documentation.
