Job summary

Harry & Izzy's in Phoenix is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and plate menu items to recipe, portion standards and plating specifications. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient service and sanitary workstation during busy shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume grill experience and can follow recipes precisely. We offer $22+ per hour, paid time off, personal days, health benefits, a 401k with company match, and opportunities for growth.

What you will do:

Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient ticket times and proper execution during service.

Assist with station setup, food prep, and inventory rotation to ensure the kitchen is properly stocked and prepared for service.
