• Prepare Mellow Mushroom menu; be the master of slicing, chopping, and grilling
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely orders
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; help kitchen staff when requested
• Keep a sanitized, safe, and orderly kitchen environment
• Monitor stock, refill items, and place orders for shortages
• Stand for long periods and lift heavy items with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Mellow Mushroom menu; be the master of slicing, chopping, and grilling
• Possess an impeccable sense of timing; coordinating with other kitchen team members to ensure every table and guest receive orders in a timely fashion
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; help kitchen staff when requested
• Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages
• Be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items while keeping a positive attitude
