Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Grill Cook to join our team. You will prepare all grill items to order, maintain a clean station, and assist in line setup to ensure smooth service.

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management. The line is to be garnished properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
