Parkhurst Dining is hiring a Grill Cook at Washington & Jefferson College for evening shifts. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour, with weekend availability required. No extensive experience needed; training is provided to help you grow your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Check quality of food items for taste, appearance and temperature.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management. The line is to be garnished properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
