Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is hiring a Cook to join our Parkhurst team in a values-driven environment. You will follow Parkhurst recipes, enforce batch cooking, and ensure quality and proper line presentation during service.

Ideal candidates are able to stand/walk 100% of the time and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to creating smiles for guests and fellow team members.

• Complete daily production sheets.

Why You'll Love This Role

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and also enforce the “batch” cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period, utilizing production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation: proper pans are used, pans are garnished, proper utensils are used according to recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at the proper serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other associates, e.g., line servers, concerning specific information about food items on a daily basis.
• Complete daily production sheets.
