• We have several openings for full-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Cleveland Clinic - 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
• Requirement: Prior professional cooking experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
