Job Opening: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare has multiple openings for full-time GRILL COOK positions at Cleveland Clinic, located at 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, including some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements: Prior professional cooking experience required.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The Grill Cook prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties

1. Take orders, prepare items requiring short preparation, and serve at multiple stations.
2. Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation.
3. Follow established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
