Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for same day service and some in advance at grill area.
• Assembles food items needed for preparation from refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
• Follows standard recipes and portioning procedures to prepare meats, sides that require preparation and / or cooking items to order.
• Merchandises foods to be serviced in the grill and at specific functions in such a way to make attractive and easily serviced in standardized portions.
