Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC is seeking dedicated dining staff to prepare and portion meals for same-day service and events. The role supports a full dining operation within a not-for-profit senior living community.

• Merchandises foods to be serviced in the grill and at specific functions in such a way to make attractive and easily serviced in standardized portions.

Holiday Pay

• Full-Time Employees:
• Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate.
• Employees who do not work on a recognized holiday receive 8 hours of holiday pay, in accordance with company policy.
• Part-Time Employees:
• Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 1.5 times their regular rate.
