Job summary

Morningside of Raleigh is seeking a Server to join their community. In this role, you will take meal and drink orders while ensuring residents and guests are satisfied. You will also maintain dining areas and follow safety procedures.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working with seniors and be able to respond promptly to their needs. The position may require flexible hours, including weekends, to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
