Job summary

Okcnp is seeking a licensed or licensed-under-supervision mental health therapist to provide grief-and-loss services to individuals, couples, children, and families in Oklahoma City. You will assess cases, develop treatment plans, and document progress in a timely manner.

The role requires collaboration with a Clinical Director and ODMHSAS-aligned protocols, a commitment to ongoing trainings, and the ability to deliver at least 21 billable hours weekly while ensuring client confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Clearance of background check.
• Maintenance of personal professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments for diverse clients and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapies with required billable hours.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of progress notes and plans.
• Develop grief-focused mental health trainings to promote best practices.
• Follow ODMHSAS-aligned processes and agency policies.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as scheduled.
