Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Professional licensure as required by state where care is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group bereavement counseling for hospice patients, family members, and community individuals.
• Document client interactions and care plans; ensure timely, compliant records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality service.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including some weeknights, weekends, and camp activities.
• Comply with state, federal laws and organization policies; participate in departmental meetings.
