Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Analyst to support grid system and OT integration engagements for electric utilities.

This early-career role builds depth in grid operations, utility systems, and enterprise/OT implementations, working with Consultants and Architects on analysis, configuration support, testing, and documentation across modernization programs. You will contribute to testing, data validation, and issue resolution, while helping gather requirements and create technical notes for successful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, MIS or related field.
2–5 years of experience preferred.
Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support configuration, testing, and deployment of grid management systems (SCADA, OMS, DMS, ADMS, DERMS).
Assist with data validation and basic analysis of system outputs.
Develop and maintain project and technical documentation, including configuration records and test results.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, and cybersecurity team members to support system integration.
