Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Grid Systems - Senior Consultant to lead enterprise system implementations across asset and work management, capital project delivery, and grid management solutions. This role supports business development and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Based in or near multiple U.S. locations including Phoenix, the Senior Consultant will provide technical leadership, develop specifications, QA/QC, and ensure on-time delivery while navigating client needs in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise systems solutions.
• Lead development and design of technical implementation.
• Provide technical leadership for digitizing business capabilities.
• Develop project cost estimates and project schedules.
• Perform QA/QC of deliverables to meet requirements.
• Support enterprise system needs and improved processes.
• Maintain relationships with clients and contractors to develop business.
