Job summary

GE Vernova invites motivated students to a Grid – Software Solutions internship in Bellevue, WA. You’ll work 40 hrs/week May 2027–August 2027 on projects with real-world impact in Wholesale Energy Markets, learning alongside industry leaders.

This paid internship offers $21–$36/hr with relocation/housing benefits and EAP, designed to develop software and domain skills while supporting the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master or PhD program.
• Degree focused on Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant STEM majors.
• Must commit to working full time (40 hrs/wk) during the internship.
• Must be willing to work out of an office located in Bellevue, WA.
• Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Focus areas for this internship will be in Grid – Software Solutions within Services and Engineering functions.
• Interns will work on solving interesting problems related to Wholesale Energy Markets.
