Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Power Systems Services Engineer to drive the delivery of advanced software solutions for Electric Utilities, ISOs, and grid operators. You will shepherd projects from specifications through coding, testing, integration, and deployment, acting as a strategic partner to clients and translating complex needs into robust software.

You will engage clients to tailor workflows, ensure go-live readiness, and provide post-live support while collaborating with GE teams to uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Systems or STEM and 2+ years of development or project delivery experience.
• Master’s degree in CS or EE or STEM.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery from design to deployment for MES/SCADA/EMS/DMS/DTS applications across the project lifecycle.
• Engage with the client to understand needs and tailor strategies through site assessments.
• Ensure go-live readiness and post-live support with collaboration across internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to Software Center of Excellence by promoting high-quality design and development practices.
• Lead junior team members and manage customer relationships, communicating complex technical information clearly.
