Job summary

Ford Energy, the Ford Motor Company’s energy subsidiary, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead end-to-end revenue generation for grid-scale DC-block systems. You will manage relationships with utilities, IPPs, and data center customers, shaping the sales strategy and securing MSAs and LTSAs.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, and EPC partners, leverage CRM tools, and report to the Director of Commercial Sales. This is a remote-friendly role with interstate travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business; an MBA or advanced Engineering degree is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience.
• 4+ years experience in the Battery Energy Storage (BESS) or Renewable Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy for Ford Energy’s grid-scale DC-block systems and grow a robust revenue pipeline.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution with accurate forecasting.
• Negotiate MSAs and LTSAs and coordinate with Legal, Finance and EPC partners to ensure aligned delivery.
