Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Ability to independently solve problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
• Ability to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needs, while also having the ability to identify and analyze details that are critical to project outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Execute technical consulting and system integration activities for grid and OT platforms.
• Configure, test, and support deployment of grid management systems within utility OT environments.
• Implement and validate advanced distribution applications including power flow, state estimation, FLISR, VVO, and DER integration.
• Perform system configuration, parameter tuning, and data validation activities.
• Analyze OT system data, application outputs, and operational workflows to identify issues and optimize systems.
• Execute system testing, commissioning, and cutover activities including functional and integration testing.
• Defect identification, triage, and remediation support.
• Go-live and post-deployment stabilization support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as configuration guides, test scripts, and interface docs.
• Participate in requirements definition and technical workshops.
• Support integration activities between OT systems and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis support.
• Support project execution by owning assigned technical tasks and communicating risks.
• Contribute technically to proposal and pursuit efforts.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and project managers to ensure alignment with standards.
• Comply with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
