Qualifications

• Several years of experience supporting utility operational technology systems, including EMS/SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EMS/SCADA systems.
• Develop and maintain real-time operational models and data validations.
• Build and enhance SCADA displays and visualization tools.
• Support integration and testing of RTUs, PLCs, and field devices.
• Assist with EMS upgrades, patching, testing, and system enhancements.
• Analyze and resolve EMS/SCADA and telemetry issues.
• Support operational analytics and EMS reporting.
• Collaborate on system integrations and grid modernization.
• Document system changes and configurations in compliance with standards.
