WSP USA seeks a Technical Lead, Grid Modernization to guide control system architecture, interfaces, and testing for EMS/SCADA/DCS projects across utility, generation, microgrid, and data center power infrastructure. You will lead reviews, define operating modes, and coordinate with electrical, OT cybersecurity, and power system studies teams to ensure aligned, reliable designs.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typical 10+ years of relevant control systems experience in utilities, power generation, microgrids, or critical power infrastructure, with leadership on complex projects.
Experience developing requirements, architectures, specifications, interfaces, and reviewing vendor designs.

Responsabilidades

Lead development of control philosophies, functional requirements, system architectures, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align control designs and validate assumptions.
Own technical completeness, supervise reviews and testing plans, and manage technical risks.
