Job summary

1898 & Co., a Burns & McDonnell company, seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide system implementations across multiple U.S. locations, including Kansas City, Charlotte, Dallas, and Houston.

You will guide asset and work management, capital project delivery, and grid or meter data management systems, while supporting business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven enterprise system implementation skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems implementation projects across client teams.
• Develop technical implementation designs and project approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide digitization initiatives.
• Prepare project cost estimates and schedules; ensure QA/QC.
• Support business development and pursuit activities with clients.
