Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Grid Integration Senior Project Manager to lead large EPC substation and grid integration programs in North America. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will oversee multi-million-dollar projects from award through commissioning and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role emphasizes relocation to Raleigh with a comprehensive relocation package and a focus on grid modernization and renewable energy integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in complex industrial, utility, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex EPC substation and grid integration projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication to stakeholders.
