Patient Greeter – Elizabeth City, NC
Are you a people person who enjoys making others feel welcome? MainStreet Family Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Greeter to be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. As a Greeter, you’ll help create a positive patient experience by welcoming patients, answering questions, and assisting them as they navigate the check-in and registration process.
You won’t be checking patients in for them — instead, you’ll be there to make sure they know what to do, have the help they need, and feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Greeters will also be cross‑trained as Medical Assistants so they can provide clinical support when needed.
