The main responsibility of a Big Boy Greeter/Cashier is to extend exceptional hospitality by providing prompt, courteous service to each of our guests. As a Greeter, you are the first person our guests see; you set the tone for their dining experience. As a Cashier, you are the last person they see; you leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent first impressions and set the tone for each guest's dining experience.
2. Seat guests promptly, follow the seating rotation schedule, introduce new menu items, and inform guests of soups, specials, and buffet options.
3. Answer guest questions and assist with additional needs, such as child booster chairs.
4. Take and process carry-out orders inside the dining room or via phone.
5. Assist the service team by preparing beverages, salads, and desserts as needed.
6. Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the dining area clean.
7. Cash out transactions, thank guests, and invite them to return, leaving a positive lasting impression.
8. Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times.
