Job Responsibilities

• Greet each customer walking in the restaurant with a smile.
• Be attentive to customers, offering assistance such as high chairs for toddlers.
• Strive to improve the guest experience continually.
• When cashing out, ask customers how their experience was; respond empathetically if issues are raised.
• Thank customers and invite them to return.
• Answer phone calls professionally, e.g., "Thank you for calling Delhi Skyline, this is (your name), how may I assist you?"
• Prioritize customer happiness during their visit and upon departure.

Additional Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members across all restaurant sections.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the POS system; utilize downtime for training.
• Understand food rotation procedures (FIFO method).
• Repeat orders to customers for accuracy.
• Check every order for correctness and quality before serving.
• Mark larger bills with a counterfeit marker; escalate suspicious bills to management.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during busy periods and after shifts.
• Stock stations regularly and fully at shift end, ensuring items like napkins are properly prepared.
• Check and clean bathrooms after each shift.
• Wash hands when switching tasks; avoid eating or drinking in food prep and service areas.
• Treat all employees with respect.
