Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a friendly Greeter/Host/Hostess in Santa Monica, CA. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet, welcome them warmly, check them in using our text-message waiting system, and guide them to their tables.

You’ll help manage dining room flow, seat guests efficiently, support smooth turnover, and help reduce wait times. A positive, professional attitude and the ability to stand for long periods are essential; experience is welcome but not required.

As a Greeter / Host / Hostess, you are the first friendly face our guests see and help set the tone for the entire dining experience. In this role, you warmly welcome guests, check them in using Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system, and guide them to their assigned tables.

You help manage the flow of the dining room by seating guests efficiently, supporting smooth table turnover, and helping reduce wait times. With a focus on hospitality and organization, you ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

PAY RATE FOR GREETER:

$18.47/hour + Estimated $11.50 - $12.25/hr in Tips
