Interview Expectations: The first step in our interview process is a required one‑way video interview recording. Candidates who do not complete this portion will not be able to move forward.

Pay: $17.75 per hour + estimated $15.50‑$16.75 per hour in tips.

Job Purpose: Greeters/Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests. Greeters utilize Din Tai Fung’s text‑message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover, ultimately reducing wait times and providing a great experience for the guest.
