Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a friendly Server to provide attentive service at our Santa Monica restaurant. You will take care of assigned tables, guide guests through the menu, and help ensure each guest feels welcomed throughout their visit.

You will support the team with runner and busser duties as needed, maintain smooth service flow, and participate in our training program. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and at least 6 months of server experience in a full-service

Job description

As a Server, you play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you are responsible for taking care of your assigned tables, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Servers take food and beverage orders, deliver attentive and personalized service, and help ensure each dish is presented with care and accuracy. You’ll also support the team by assisting with runner and busser duties when needed, helping maintain a smooth flow of service across the restaurant.

PAY RATE FOR SERVER

$18.47/hour + Estimated $29.50 - $31.25/hr in Tips
