Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a friendly Greeter/Host/Hostess to welcome guests and seat them efficiently using our text message waiting system. This role emphasizes pace, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

We offer competitive pay at $21.13 per hour plus estimated tips per shift, with eligible benefits and room for growth within the company. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to work in the United States.

Job Purpose

Greeters/Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests. Greeters utilize Din Tai Fung's text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover to ultimately reduce wait times and provide a great experience for the guest.
