Defined Fitness Inc. is hiring a Greet Team Lead in Albuquerque, NM. This role bridges hourly staff with leadership, delivering a best-in-class member-centric experience and boosting retention.

The position partners with facility leadership to drive production, foster a positive culture, and ensure daily maintenance of the club. Must demonstrate leadership, cash handling, and strong communication.

Formación

• One year tenure with Defined Fitness Greet Team preferred.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated business judgment with strong analytical aptitude to improve overall operations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Display leadership qualities and organizational skills to motivate, team-build and effectively delegate tasks with follow-up.
• Valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment and maintain throughout employment.
• Advanced cash handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all members and guests in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner
• Verify membership status and respond accordingly to questions, concerns, etc.
• Work with Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals
• Answer and/or direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Conduct periodic club walks to ensure a clean and safe facility
• Accurately process money transactions
• Place calls to prospective members regarding new promotions
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace
• Communicate all club concerns and member inquiries to management daily
• Provide tours for prospective members

Greet Team Full Time Clerical Albuquerque, NM, US

Salary Range: $15.00 To $18.00 Hourly

About the Role:

The Greet Team Lead position is a crucial part of our business; it bridges the gap between our hourly employees to our leadership team and is expected to demonstrate the highest level of performance and excellence in the Greet Department. The Greet Team Lead will partner with all leadership managers, at their respective facility, to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention. Additionally, the Greet Team Lead will lead by example in driving production, instilling a positive culture and ensuring that our facilities are properly maintained every day.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year tenure with Defined Fitness Greet Team preferred
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability in business judgment with strong analytical aptitude to improve overall operations
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Display leadership qualities and organizational skills to motivate, team-build and effectively delegate tasks with follow-up

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
