Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is assisting a leading Greenville commercial drywall contractor in finding a Commercial Drywall Estimator to prepare detailed bids for projects valued at $1MM+ and coordinate with PMs and field teams for a smooth preconstruction process. You will perform digital takeoffs with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid, analyze drawings and specs, and help develop bid strategies to support preconstruction and startup.

Must be based in Greenville, SC or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid (required).
• In-depth understanding of commercial drywall systems.
• Currently working in or recently employed in the drywall trade.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+.
• Perform digital takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addendums for scope and accuracy.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop bid strategies.
• Support preconstruction handoff and project startup.
