The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of estimating experience, proficiency in OST and QuickBid, and the ability to manage multiple bids independently, including healthcare and commercial work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating projects north of $1M.
• Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (OST).
• Experience with QuickBid or similar estimating software.
• Understanding of construction means, methods and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple bids independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for light gauge framing and drywall projects.
• Price projects typically $1M+, focused on $3M–$5M scopes.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and build complete bid packages.
• Collaborate with leadership during bid strategy and closeout.
• Validate pricing accuracy and ensure estimates align with standards.
• Support pursuit of healthcare and commercial projects.
