Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is assisting a leading Greenville commercial drywall contractor in finding a Commercial Drywall Estimator to prepare detailed bids for projects valued at $1MM+ and coordinate with PMs and field teams for a smooth preconstruction process. You will perform digital takeoffs with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid, analyze drawings and specs, and help develop bid strategies to support preconstruction and startup.

Must be based in Greenville, SC or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid (required).
• In-depth understanding of commercial drywall systems.
• Currently working in or recently employed in the drywall trade.

About the Company: We’re working with a leading commercial drywall contractor in the Greenville market, known for delivering high-quality projects and investing in our people. With a growing pipeline of $1MM+ projects, we’re looking for a skilledCommercial Drywall Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Commercial Drywall Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for large-scale commercial projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth preconstruction process from estimate to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+




• Perform digital takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid




• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addendums for scope and accuracy
