Job summary

Webbs Reserve Golf Club in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain landscapes and support golf course operations. You will perform routine landscape tasks, operate equipment, and help prepare soil beds and bunkers to keep the course in top condition for members and guests.

As part of Troon, you’ll join a global leader in golf and hospitality operations, with opportunities to grow knowledge in golf course management while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training
• Valid driver’s license required
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming, and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and other vegetative material
• Assist with course detailing tasks, including weed and debris cleanup
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties based on experience (e.g., pruning, plugging)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of others in the work area
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Webbs Reserve Golf, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
