Job summary

Rolling Hills Golf Course in Tempe, AZ is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper I to join our golf/hospitality team. The role offers an hourly wage of $17–$20 with benefits and room to grow with a fast-paced property organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least one month of related experience or training, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to regular attendance and reliability on the job. This is a hands-on, outdoors role requiring safe operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. $17 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
