Tobacco Road Golf Club in Sanford, NC, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to help maintain a premier golf experience for members and guests. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management, with a focus on safe, efficient course maintenance.

The role offers $16.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, retirement, and PTO, and requires one month of related experience or training along with a valid driver's license and reliable attendance.

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

One-month related experience or training.

Must have a valid driver's license.
