Job summary

The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course in Crownsville, MD is hiring a full-time Greenskeeper for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will contribute to landscape and course detail tasks, operating small machinery and hand tools under Troon, a global leader in golf and club management.

Compensation is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, retirement via 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off in accordance with Maryland policies.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetation.
• Involved with course detail tasks (weed and debris cleanup).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging).
• Operates equipment safely with awareness of coworkers.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course, located in Crownsville, MD, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
