Job summary

Bella Verde Golf Club in Montebello, CA, seeks a driven Greenskeeper I eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by Troon.

You will rake sand bunkers, operate small machinery, prepare soil beds for sod, assist with course set-up, and haul debris, while maintaining safety and reliable attendance.

Qualifications include one month of related experience or training and a valid driver's license; regular attendance is required.

• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Bella Verde Golf Club, located in Montebello, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:
