Job summary

The Club at Cordillera, part of Troon, invites you to join as a full-time Greenskeeper I in Edwards, Colorado. You’ll contribute to a premier golf and hospitality team, working on landscape maintenance and course setup at an iconic property.

Compensation is $22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to learn and grow within a global leader in golf and community management.

Qualifications

• Minimum one month related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using hand tools.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operate utility vehicles to haul material and remove debris.
• Perform skilled duties related to pruning and plugging as needed.
• Follow safety practices and be mindful of nearby associates.

The Club at Cordillera, located in Edwards, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

$22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Greenskeeper I:

• One month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
