Job summary

Troon, in partnership with Fiddler's Creek in Naples, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Greenskeeper to help maintain a premier golf experience for members and guests. The role emphasizes course conditioning, safety, and teamwork.

The position offers regular duties including bunker upkeep, mowing, soil bed prep, course setup, and safe operation of equipment. A valid driver's license is required; benefits include healthcare and PTO.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.

As an associate ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.

• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).

• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
