Job summary

Eastward Ho! is seeking a Greenkeeper to support all turf equipment maintenance and field upkeep at our private facility in Massachusetts.

The role requires a practical, driven individual who upholds high standards, safety, and efficiency in a demanding outdoor environment. Key duties include greens maintenance, mowing greens and fairways, raking bunkers, debris blow, operating tractors and turf equipment, and assisting with divot filling.

Qualifications

• Must be attending or have graduated high school.
• Must be motivated by demanding work environment.
• Weekends, holidays, and evening work.
• Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
• Working knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools/equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and to lift overhead and push or pull lighter objects.
