Job summary

Vance Airscoop is seeking a Greenkeeper dedicated to maintaining high-quality turf. The role requires hands-on maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers, with a strong focus on timely task execution and safety. You will work closely with the staff to uphold course standards at a private facility.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable performing weekend, holiday, and evening work while using hand and power tools to support turf equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be attending or have graduated high school.
• Must be motivated by a demanding work environment.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and attitude.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools/equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk frequently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and overhead; push or pull lighter objects.
• Awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition.

The Greenkeeper works closely alongside all staff members in all aspects of turf equipment maintenance. This position requires a professional, driven individual who operates with the highest expectations and efficiency. Strong time management skills are required as it relates to competing necessary tasks in a timely manner before play. Individual understands the requirements and demands of turf maintenance equipment at a high level private facility.
