Qualifications

• Strong up-selling and closing abilities; good sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing residential security systems accurately and efficiently
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals on a consistent basis
• Performing walkthrough of home to determine the optimal system configuration and upsell opportunities
• Keeping the customer informed of the service process and any installations
• Connecting in-home system to central monitoring and demonstrating usage
• Submitting billing and payroll paperwork promptly and accurately
• Maintaining safety and preventing injury or damage
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Consulting with management on issues or concerns
• Cleaning up the work area after completion
• Maintaining company equipment and tools
