Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Greens at Broken Arrow, a beautiful apartment community in Broken Arrow, OK.

This full-time role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director, handling resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site. The position includes on-site living with a rent discount, and benefits like health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Prior property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• Background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, replace lighting, and do basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Greens at Broken Arrow.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
