Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and math literacy.
• Horticulture knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist WA Grow Manager with daily care of rooted plants.
• Develop grow plans for rooted material.
• Control rooting environments and balance humidity, temperature, light, and soil moisture.
• Supply nutrients and irrigation as crops establish.
• Monitor for disease and insects; support IPM measures.
• Ensure sanitation of rooting areas and weed-free propagation.
• Document inventory changes and report plant status.
• Train backup staff and cover weekend watering.
