Qualifications

• Experience supervising greenhouse tasks and coordinating daily operations.
• Ability to schedule work assignments, set priorities and direct staff.
• Proficiency in collecting data and reporting results to management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and complete all tasks in the cultivation area.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and staffing levels.
• Prepare materials for weekly jobs and liaise with maintenance on equipment.
• Report quality issues to growing team from daily observations.
• Improve efficiency and quality to reduce costs.
• Create maps of planted areas and transfer data to METRC system.
• Ensure plants are labeled with variety and harvest numbers.
• Track waste, weights, and record in Trellis software.
