• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of seeds, plants, and necessary materials.
• Implement and maintain best practices for scheduling, space allocation, and labor planning.
• Address scheduling conflicts and implement solutions to keep production on track.
• Generate reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and potential bottlenecks.
