Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to Production Assistants in greenhouse operations.
• Monitor seeding, transplanting, watering, and schedule adherence.
• Assist with AM walk-through, water meter readings, and stock tank readings.
• Maintain GFSI logs and recordkeeping; ensure food safety procedures are followed (GAP & GMP).
• Cover GH Supervisor duties during time off and on call in emergencies.
• Support weekend walkthroughs and other operational needs.

THE ROLEThe role of the Green House Lead is designated to give day to day support and direction to the Production Assistants in the operation of the greenhouse. The GH Lead reports directly to the GH Supervisor.Prior experience in the natural and organic food industry a plus but not required.
